HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks depending on workload and time of year. Please let me know if you have a specific date you need to pickup by and I will do my best to accommodate. A $20 rush fee applies to all orders requiring turnaround time 48 hours or less.

Prices vary and are dependent on the style, size, color(s) you choose.

I DON'T SEE THE FONT I HAD IN MIND, DO YOU HAVE IT?
Additional fonts/styles/designs are available upon request. (may be subject to additional charges)
I have a very large portfolio of fonts and designs and endless hues of thread colors so please let me know what you're looking for.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE READY FOR PICKUP?
I will contact you with your order total once your items are completed and ready for pickup from the lidded tub on my porch. You may pick up your order at your convenience but please try to pickup within 48 hours. If you are unable to pickup at that time for any reason just let me know and I will hold your items inside until further notice.

Cash, Venmo, Paypal, or Check.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, I will replace it up to a value of $70. This is extremely unlikely, But I do use machinery and I am human so there is always a risk there. Please keep this in mind when bringing something sentimental or of great monetary value.
ITEMS ARE COMPLETED IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE RECEIVED. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA TEXT WHEN I AM WORKING ON YOUR ITEM IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.
